Office is way to small.Some of the staff behind the doors of treatment and communications in terms of attitude and good Health service is "SOUR". They do not return phone calls ever..Your messages are ignored. The reception girls are really young,but they try to be professional and courteous.

I have nothing but great things to say about Doctor Mercadel and the staff at Douglas County Family Practice. She is a specialist educated in Internal and Emergency Medicine. There is an obvious shortage of Doctors with her skills; so therefore, idle chit chat with patients is definitely not an option. She's a wonderful "Doctor", one who is extremely caring and available for her patients. I am blessed to have her as my Primary Care Physician. Thank you Dr. Mercadel for being there for me. I know I am in good hands with you. I highly recommend Dr. Mercadel.

I was told that the doctors and PA where all booked up for 2 weeks before the receptionist even asked what was wrong with me. Guess I will go to Immediate care and look for another doctor.

I waited over a hour for two referrals to a specialist. Seems like this lady is afraid to do her job. I went in for congestion, something that she could have given me something. I was told to take sudafed and go see another doctor. "Shut up and take my money!"

She never has "diagnosed" hersself..quick to refer you to another doctor after she makes you come in and pay her your co-pay. on a good note...The office staff is very friendly.
