Dr. Thanh Nguyen, MD

The practice is a complete joke. I've tried calling 5x since my father was discharged from the hospital and told to follow up with Dr. Nguyen for an appointment/procedure. Apparently they have no staff b/c I've gotten VM every time. The recording also states you will get a return call within 24 hours. It's been 7 working days and 5 attempt's later and I've still not received a return call. If it's this difficult to schedule an appointment, I can only imagine how bad it is if you have an issue and need to speak to someone. Would def not recommend this practice.

Cant get anyone to answer the phone nor call me back. last minute surgery and pre op

the majority of the office help was rude and could care less about the patient and their concerns. Like " bad experience" the dr. knew everything but has canceled many times surgery. Talked to nurse, could careless, asked for stronger antibiotics to clear up infection. Was told if we didn't like it go to another dr. They look our money and insurance and actually have done nothing.
