Dr. Toan Le, MD

He did a total knee replacement for me. My recovery went well for 3 weeks but then I got a very serious level of pain, swelling and stiffness - limited range of motion. This continued for more than 4 months. He and his team only tried to put "band aids" on my symptoms and never asked the question of what was really causing my serious symptoms. It ended up I had an infection -which they should have caught early on. Now, a year later, I am starting all over with another provider. At least in my case, he showed no sense of wanting to get to the core cause of my problems – just treat the obvious symptoms and told me to go away. I highly recommend you do not take on him on as your surgeon.

I cannot thank Dr. T Le enough for the exceptional care I received. After enduring four months of relentless knee pain, I finally found relief thanks to their expertise and dedication. His office promptly arranged for an X-ray and provided treatment all in the same day. The immediate relief I experienced was incredible. Their thorough approach and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference. I highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of excellent medical care.

Dr. Le did my surgery for an emergency, I started having oozing and pain 14 days after my surgery, called the office they told me put my ankle up and and do what you can for the pain that they will see me in 3 wks. This didn't sit well for me, I fire him and hired a new surgeon to check my ankle out, To find out I had bone staph infection, I was admitted to Christ hospital for over a week fighting for my life, I went home on a picc line antibiotic fusion, and today after my second surgery of removing the infected metal Im walking 5 wks after surgery. unfortunately Im still fighting severe staph.This was my first break and my first surgery.Bad experience! Thank God I listened to my body and fired Dr.Le. I would have died over an ankle break that was infected.Im grateful for my new surgeon who saved my life.

I can't even begin to write about how poorly I think of him and his office.

It was hard to get an appointment at the medical office building which is more convenient and I always ended up in the Montgomery location which was not very convenient at all since I don't drive

When I avatar out the 5 scores here I don't get a 4??? This is greatly inflated from a 2.1. Personally I'd give him a negative rating.

I had emergency surgery last week. I was assigned to this physician. Surgery was done-never saw the physician that did the surgery. Left the hospital without seeing the doctor. There has not been any type of follow up call from his office. I called 48 hours prior to running out of pain meds. I had a few doses left. His office finally calls to say the rx is ready for pick-up but must be picked up by 3:30 because the office is closing early! I advised there would be no way anybody could pick it up if that length of time. I asked if they could call something (not a controlled pain md request) into my local pharmacy. Apparently this doctor that takes 48 hours to respond to a medication request can respond within 10 minutes to say he cannot call a locol pharmacy to fill a pain medication! This is PATHETIC!!!!

Very poor follow up not happy at all should have went with the first ortho he was the second and had good feelings about him not now sorry bad follow up

He is informative, but does not spend a lot of time with you. Will answer any questions. Time in waiting room very short, but time inside the cubicle waiting for him to come in very long. Take a magazine while you wait. Will be having surgery, but told he is very good.

Dr. Le took the time to answer all of our questions and I never felt like I was taking too much of his time.
