Dr. Theresa Saldana-Falcon, DO

I have been trying to get a hold of Dr. Theresa Saldana Falcon but the information for the Cleveland location states she is no longer there? Is she still even practicing? A family member of mine seen her in the hospital which is why I am looking for her contact information. Thank you in advance.

She was over an hour late for our scheduled appointment and didn't bother to apolgize. She would ask me a question then interrupt me before I could finish answering. She spoke so loudly that I could hear everything she said to other patients which means people were able to hear the private details of my particular visit.

I had made an appointment to see my doctor, but had not been told that I would be seeing Dr. Falcon until she walked into the exam room. Seems like my regular doctor was busy somewhere else. Dr. Falcon was very brusque in her attitude and totally uninterested to listening. I have serious major health problems that are disabling. I had just been released from a stay in the hospital and was still very ill. She had a very poor bedside manner, sloppy in her dress and appearance. After two diffetent visits with her taking the place of my regular doctor due I am guessing obligations at the hospital...I decided to completely change my regular doctor, who I had been very happy being his patient, since I could no longer count on seeing him on visits specifically scheduled with him and then being put in the care of Dr. Saldana-FalconNo thank you. Hated to leave my regular doctor but did not appreciate being left in the care of Dr. Saldana-Falcon no matter what I did upon making appointments.… She has a lot to learn in the area of listening to her patients and the doctors iffice needs to be upfront with which doctor you will actually be seeing.

I love Doctor Falcon's approach to getting things done. I had to see a specialist and was in a lot of pain. She personally called the other office and got me in the next day. I would have had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Her honesty is refreshing and welcomed. She listens to what I have to say and spends as much time as needed with me. Most doctors rush through your appt. time like they are on fire to get you in and out of their office, so they aren't listening!

Dr. Falcon has been my PCP for 2 years now. I had a protruding disc in my spine for 8 months that my previous doctor misdiagnosed as a spasm. Dr Falcon took the time to listen to me and the pain I was experiencing and sent me for an MRI which diagnosed the protruding disc. I have since gone to physical therapy and my back is great now!

I went to this doctor solely because she was close to my house. It was a BIG mistake. I had several meds that needed refilled and ONLY ONE was refilled and this doctor was unabled to get passed the ONE issue. She in inflexible and inefficient and expensive and borderline hysterical. The one visit cost me over $400 with lab work. I am now going some where else where the care is MUCH better and MUCH cheaper.
