I’ve treated with Dr. Pattison for almost 20 years. Made an appointment for my daughter and had to wait months. They do not take her insurance but I thought it was worth it to pay out of pocket. On the way to appt. I missed my exit. (Totally my fault). Called to explain they said they would allow 20 minutes. We arrived in 18. My daughter had to wait in line to check in. When she got to desk they told her she was one minute over and would have to reschedule. I literally begged them to see us. Another receptionist stood up and said no. Reschedule and wait another couple months. Obviously business it’s so good they no longer owe a long standing client a common courtesy. Well I wonder how many patients you have to loose. You just lost 2. Good luck to you.

I went to this dermatologist as I had not seen one in years. The PA I saw stared at me, and asked me what I thought a good skin care routine would be and what I had used in the past. I simply stated "You are the expert, you tell me." Isn't that why I am paying you? If I thought I had the knowledge to treat it myself I would not be in your office. Upon check out, the receptionist was rude and judgmental. When exiting my examination room the nurses at the nurses station glared at me, not one smiling. Just judging. My overall experience left me looking for a new dermatologist. Unwelcoming, cold and uncomfortable environment.

I have seen several Dermatologists over the years. She is the best. Found and removed a skin cancer on same visit because I live over an hour away from her office. Office staff is real nice too.

I've been a patient at Dr. Pattison's practice for well over a decade. I normally am treated by one of her staff (Mary). I have unreserved trust in the staff's medical ability.

I would not recommend this office- after 2.5 years, a small shopping bag filled with useless non-effective prescriptions and an unnecessary referral to a rheumatologist - I still have no answers. Very rude PA who really didn't care- and of course NEVER saw the MD.

LONG WAIT EVERY TIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.ALWAYS CHARGES A CO-PAY TO REMOVE STITCHES! SHE IS IN AND OUT TO FAST WHEN YOU DO SEE HER.

In the many years I've been treated at this practice, I've never laid eyes on Dr. Pattison. PA's treated me. A PA attempted to remove a lesion on my leg recently. Left unclean margins. I will need additional plastic surgery. Do not recommend.

I have had bi-annual visits to the office for 10 years, and every encounter with both Dr. Pattison and her entire staff has been satisfactory. I highly recommend Dr. Pattison to anyone seeking a competent,caring physician.

I left my appointment very unsatisfied. The visit was incredibly brief for a new patient visit (although they charged me for an extended visit...I was there awhile, just spent most of the time sitting alone in an exam room). I will not return and do not recommend this practice.
