Super easy to schedule my appointment online. Dr Alexander took the time to listen to me. He then explained what he thought the problem was- in easy and understandable terms. Discussed treatment options including the least to most aggressive. I didn’t feel rushed, was given enough time to ask my questions.

Dr ALEXENDAR has replaced my right shoulder. What i like about him is he takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure,the process, any medications that may be necessary. Currently he is giving me shots for my left shoulder and working with me to time the shots so I have relief for 2 major trips we have committed to. I highly recommend him.

Dr Alexander was very thorough and to the point .He explained exactly what needed to be done and how it would be done. It will be the first real surgery I have had and I feel confident that the surgery will be a success and will make my life better .

Dr. Alexander did an excellent going over of my left knee condition. Dr. Did demonstrate using x-rays taken in his office and quickly went over, examined and explained the situation and solution to repair my left knee, which I am very pleased with it.

Loved Dr Alexander. Had a right reverse shoulder replacement done Jan 5. What do I like.....little to no wait time for appointment, knowledgeable and personable assistants, Dr. Alexander spends time with his patient. He thoroughly explained procedures and x-rays etc., fully answered any questions, and truly listened to what I had to say. Any concerns I wrote to him through the patient portal were answered promptly. I had 2 other fellow surgeons speak highly oh Dr Alexander. Because of all of the above plus a successful surgery I highly recommend Dr Alexander.

Loved Dr Alexander! Broke my arm while out of town on a ski trip. There, I visited three doctors who all had different opinions about having surgery. I safely made it home and scheduled an appointment in Savannah, where I met Dr Alexander. I had never had a broken bone before and haven't really known what to expect- dr Alexander took his time to explain the pros and cons of having surgery and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. He told me that he would help me fix my bone! He is very knowledgeable and wants the best for his clients! I trust Dr Alexander and would recommend him to everyone in a heartbeat!
