I had been veincloser surgery yesterday. Dr Appleby., Was wonderful he explained everything to me and his staff is just great. His nurse Renee is fabulous. I'm going back to have my other leg done and there's no pain. I highly recommend Dr Appleby and his staff

He could not be bothered with my questions

I have been a patient for 5 years. He and his staff are the best. He has an extraordinarily busy office but always makes me feel welcome and answers my questions. He did carotid surgery and I had the highest confidence in his skills.

Excellent surgeon

I was referred to Dr Appleby for vein surgery. After two visits with his PA, I was scheduled for VNUS procedure and told that he would see me at the procedure. That is not what I expected. I wanted to see him. I left the office and saw another vascular surgeon in Chartleston who found that my leg pain was from a back problem. I did not need vein surgery. I needed back surgery which Dr Cuddy did and helped me.

I never met Dr Appleby I was all ways seen by a PA. a hospital procedure was scheduled for me even though I said that I wanted to see the Dr first because no one explained the procedure to me. I cancelled it and am looking for a new Doctor.

Dr. Appleby performed gall bladder surgery on my wife. She had no complications and recovered without incident. He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and caring. When discussing the surgery he was very thorough and patient with our questions. I highly recommend him.
