Dr. Thomas Arthur Barrett, MD

Dr Barrett replaced both my hips and he did a great job! I had no leg discrepancy or any infections. I’ve heard horror stories from my support group from their surgeons and made me ?? Him even more!

I agree with previous comments. Barrett did not listen to patient.Did not recommend follow or course of action should condition reoccur. Which it did. Did not care patient could not walk without pain and swelling. In short. Terrible. Move on. Get another Doctor.

I hand my family have been a long time patients of Dr. Thomas Barrett. All of us have been under his care for many conditions and operations. One family member was from out of town and when she went home to her Orthopedic Doctor THEY were SO impressed with his operation on her elbow that THEY wanted to know more about Dr. Barrett themselves!

Dr Barrett spent quite a bit of time with me explaining my condition, options for treatment and why he was recommending and taking a particular course of action. He listens. In my experience most doctors see you for a few minutes and then they're off to the next patient, but this was not the case with Dr Barrett - I felt like I was the only patient he was concerned about. I'm very glad that my doctor referred me to him.

Very good office staff and wonderful doctor.

Dr. Barrett came in on an emergency. My four year old grandaughter had lopped off the end of her finger in a door. Dr. Barrett came in for the call and put her finger back together, and was wonderful to the patient, patient's mother, and her grandmother.

Extermely disappointed in the care Dr. Barrett provided. Do youreself and your family a favor and find yourself another doctor that cares!

First I seen a physicians assistance. He gave me meds that after being filled I could not take them due to a head injury. When I was die to have my stitches out I called and asked if I would be seen right away because I was in so much pain, they said yes. I got 3/4 of the way up there and they called and canceled, he was in surgery and so was the physician assistant I would have to come back tomorrow.I might add after surgery I had so many problems, swelling, bruising and pain, Dr. Barrett gave me the same meds I could not take. I was told to come up and pick up a prescription, had to pick it up because it was controlled substance. I picked it up BUT could not have it filled it had no date on it. My post op visit, I showed him the swelling and he said I had an infection...there was not infection and he wanted to see me again...they told my son they had no cell numbers on file?? they called me when he was in surgery. They also said they did not have a list of meds for me, when I… filled out the forms I listed them. I need to find another doctor quickly. Dr. Barrrett seems like he just does not care. On the last visit my son asked him to write something down so he could look it up and he did not do this. He is not a good doc at all.
