Dr. Thomas Charles Binzer, MD

Dr. Binzer is a nice guy, seems concerned, listens well , does a good job, follows up, but his staff gives him a bad name by talking on his behalf and not saying what he says. They need to be replaced. They don't answer the phone much, they don't return calls, they won't let you talk to him or the nurse. That makes him look bad and makes patients not want to go to him because of the staff issues. I feel bad for him but he needs to hire new people if he wants to keep his name clean. He's a good Dr. But who you hire reflects on you.

Dr binzer has been my dr for 15 years has always done me right. He's compassionate man have a lot of respect for him. i gave him a 5 out of 5

While Doctor Binzer is a nice guy and does good work, I don't like the way his office functions. If someone is out sick all appts are cancelled, it takes a very long time to get appts. I have to ask for help repeatedly, my medications after surgery didn't come till a week after my surgery they sent me to a physical therapy that did more harm than good. I just think there is a lot of room for improvement in this office. Like I said his surgical talents are good the rest needs work.

Dr.Binzer is truly one of a kind..he treats all his patients as if they were his own family. He cares, he takes his time to answer any questions you have and he is always available for you day or night. He is the BEST!!

Dr. Benzer is one of the most caring and sensitive men I have met in the practice of medicine. Outstanding in his field . He had done several surgeries including emergency surgery on my broken ankle. I would recommend him to anyone. I wish we had more doctors that make u feel u are important to them. Thank u Dr. Benzer and God bless!

Love Dr Binzer but dealing with the office staff is horrible, I've been a patient of his for 7 years and my father 10 or more. Everytime we need paperwork its take 3 weeks or longer and they keep telling you 5 days only to say need you to do something else the day it should be ready. I've sat in the office for 3 hours before waiting for a shot in the knee that takes 5 min, ( I came every week Dr Binzer made it a set time after I told him. ). Once I had an appt and no one was there. When I knocked on the door she said she called everyone to reschedule and argued with me when I told her I did not get the call that morning on my cell or at my desk. ( mistakes do happen ) Billing has also been a nightmare with them billing an old insurance we hadnt had in over a year and expect me to correct. Last surgery was a mensicus tear, at 36 and within a year same issue, He is helpful when you speak to him and he will go speak with his staff and try to correct. It seems any appt or… procedure you better plan to mark your whole day off as wasted, surgery was delayed 2 hours..put my iv then told me right after instead of letting us wait a little longer.. which made me stuck in bed longer then needed day of procedure. WE will both be looking for another Orthopedic after the trouble we've had the last 3 weeks with FMLA paperwork. We were told now that Dr wont be back until the 25th. He does no Stem cell, my father had. where many drs wont. He does not operate as he used to.

Kind, passionate, caring. This Dr is very much respected in our book.

He's kind but doesn't sit with his patients but about 2 min. Didn't fix the problem with my knee.

So, if you don't have time to wait for "the best", perhaps you should look elsewhere. I know it can be frustrating, but this dedicated doctor helps so many people that timing is not the priority. I found the office cleanliness impeccable; the staff professional, helpful and friendly; and Dr. Binzer attentive and gracious + he took the time to answer each and every question I had without rushing me through. Thanks, and kudos to each of you.
