Dr. Thomas Paul Cornwall, MD

I was 16 and I'm now 42. Dr. cornwall was horrible and treated us kids like we were nothing more than gum on his shoe. He wouldn't let you leave his office until you were in tears. He told me other kids had bigger problems than I did and I needed to "get over it." I will never forget how he treated me and the other kids there.

I was 12, I’m 38... he drugged me up on Thorazine to the point I was incapable of speaking. I’ve never been mentally ill or schizophrenia

Terrible doctor

Dr. Cornwall did not speak about my son's diagnosis when he was admitted to Holly Hills Children's Hospital. There was no family visit scheduled to talk about diagnosis. I disagreed with his conclusions regarding my son's behavior.

This man should not be allowed to give medical advice to plants. The questions i asked were appropriate, he minimized them. he was rude. Once he answered one question he actually had the audacity to sigh and say we are done here, i said no we aren't if you are not going to answer my question you will at least give an adequate reason why not. He then closed my file and walked out of the room. I followed, On his coat he was wearing an ID badge that had him smiling from ear to ear... I said I don't know where they got that picture of you because he had the worst mean look on his face overtime I ever saw him. I think he truly hates what he does. He thinks all patients are trying to give him a line of crap to squeeze medicine out of him. Maybe he has just been tainted by all the years of not helping anyone due to his own approach to his trade.

Dr. Cornwall is a wonderful, caring Doctor. I can't say enough good things about him. It must be difficult to deal with people who are going through such difficult times, and I know people get really emotional about this stuff, but Dr. Cornwall was such a lifesaver.

Dr. Cornwall is an excellent psychiatrist who helped my family member start on the road to recovery during a mental health crisis. I have nothing but the best to say about him.

my wife brought my 1 and 4 yr old daughters to this dr and holly hills hospital to ask for an evaluation on minor sibling rivaly problems and concerns and this dr under false pretenses locked my wife and two small daughters in a room and then under false pretenses obtained a court order to keep my 4 yr old in the mental ward for 10 days. I think a grown man getting fixated on a 4 yr old girl to the extent he did screams pedifile. I am cancelling my daughters insurance so the dr and hospital get no payment and my lawyer is suing for billions for the abuse and stress the hospital caused my daughter.

Dr. Cornwall is an excellent psychiatrist.His guidance and medical support during a very difficult time for me and my family were crucial in my recovery.
