Dr. Doers performed cervical spine surgery on my husband seven years ago and my husband has been in pain 24/7 ever since. Dr. Doers had no sympathy. He is not recommended.

Very poor patient care. Didn’t totally fix my daughters back and sent her back to work. Now because of him she’s totally disabled.

He hit my nerves and muscles and caused significant damage. When I asked for an appt with him I waited 2 hours for a scheduled appt. Then he tried foisting me off on his PA.

I very suddenly became totally disabled due to Spinal Stenosis @ 56 yrs old. I had been an R.N. for 36 yrs, I had cared for many Patients who had EVERY type of spinal surgery. So I did have some knowledge of what was going on with me. Dr. Doers began treating me with non-surgical treatments. none of this was successful with me. I was "too far gone." and I knew this! I also had severe osteoarthritis in every joint in my body. I eventually had to have a 5 level lower spinal fusion. After some postop healing, I was able to sit in a chair without severe PAIN for the first time in 1 1/2 yrs! The surgery was 6 yrs ago. I can still sit up in a chair for very long periods of time without ANY pain. The patience, emotional support, encouragement, TLC, the care, treatment and results, I received from Dr. Doers was "SPECTACULAR!"Dr. Doers you are my HERO!! Thank you Dr. Doers from the" bottom of my heart!"

Dr. Doers performed cervical spine surgery that caused severe pain in the cervical region. As a result, the patient has been in severe pain for 2 years.

Visits and follow up nonexistent. Consultation with EMG follow up did not occur. Surgery resulted in disability.

Dr Doers put hardware in my neck about 11 years ago. He was the BEST doctor ever. Understood my pain, explained the procedure and told me I would know when I was ready. I was stubborn and did not want to go under the knife! I am still sorry for all the years of pain I went through. I woke up with less pain and more feeling than I ever had. He is "the neck guy". I have since moved to Maryland and miss his advice. I trusted him and would not hesitate to send anyone to see him!!

Awesome personality. Great surgeon even though my surgery really didn't turn out the way we had hopped. Since I had two discs fused I was hopping for little to no pain once healed that is not the end result.

Had a first time appointment for a spinal surgeon and had many questions to ask. Long story short, waited 90 minutes without seeing the doctor. He ended up seeing the patient who had an appointment 1 hour after mine. After only seeing his assistant who could answer half my questions, I had to go back to work. Hoped for an apology phone call but never got one. Eventually found a different doctor that was accessible. Have also heard complaints from people I talk to about their inability to meet with Dr. Doers himself.

After waiting 45 minutes to see Dr. Doers about an ailing neck which has been a problem for 3+ years. After doing a couple strength checks, he provided no diagnosis and suggested I visit a chiropractor. I did not visit an orthopedic surgeon to receive advice that I could have found easily on google.Now I'm no better off, and $346 in the hole thanks to my useless visit with this arrogant physician.Also, not that it impacted my care, but the fact that he wore sunglasses on top of his head struck me as odd. The visit did not occur outside.
