I need to have a total knee replacement done, Dr. Hendricks and his staff were very patient with all of my questions. I liked that he got a model out and explained everything, he is very knowledgeable and kind.

Easy check in and got helped within a couple of minutes. Called into Dr’s office before my scheduled time. PA was in exam room in less than 5 mins after nurse got the info she needed. Did not feel rushed. PA listened, shared her thoughts, and wrote down suggested over the counter cream. She was very nice and caring.

Very friendly, easy to speak with explain situation to me the way I can understand very easy to talk to thank you again

Dr Hendricks was friendly. He discussed my case and gave me information of what I needed to do to help my situation.

The staff was friendly and helpful while filling out my forms. The Dr. read my X rays and informed me of my options. A very pleasant visit.

Staff worked me in on one day notice. Dr Hendricks and his PA listened to my symptoms and concerns, ordered an x-ray and explained what was going on in logical terms. We left confident in our path forward.

I called to be seen because my knee pain was unbearable. Within an hour, I was at his office. As I arrived at his office my knee popped in the parking lot and I was hardly able to walk. In side, many people helped me, let me go ahead of them to check in. As they saw I was in distress. The front desk receptionist, when she quickly checked me in actually pushed me in the wheel chair back to Dr's office. She was so concerned. Then quickly, I was brought back to Dr Hendricks office area and greeted by his MA I had only seen this staff once about 2 months ago. I was treated like I was a queen for a day. His assistant was very thorough and the rest of the staff was excellent. Doctor greeted me by a gnash m handshake. They did another gray of my knee as it was visibly more swollen than 2 months ago. Knee surgery was scheduled. And doctor explained the surgery and follow up to me and was very honest about the procedure to me. I told him I didn't expect this news. He was… very understanding with me. I've had about 20 surgeries and I was very scared. But he was very reassuring to me. He seemed like I was blessed to have chosen this facility and staff.

Dr. Hendricks is a very good doctor. He answered all my questions. I didn't wake up during surgery. He has an excellent bedside manner.
