I had a problem with constant drooling. I first saw a NP, who started me out on medication that would decrease saliva production. She said if that did not work, they would progress to “B”injections to boost the cheek muscles. The next visit was with this doctor. It was obvious didn’t review the case beforehand because I had to repeat my condition several times. He did not agree with the treatment regiment nor did he think that me constantly drooling was a problem. After I was insistent, he reluctantly re-prescribed the medication prescribed by the NP. Only he didn’t send it through, and I had to call the practice to follow up. Then, he only refilled it once. Given my experience with the doctor, I tried to reach out to the NP I originally saw. The person I spoke with over the phone didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me to repeat my story several times. She then told me the NP quit. It was clear this place was a hot mess. I went to another doctor.

Dr. Herendeen fixed my breathing and I had no idea people could ever breathe this well. He also respected my wishes to cosmetically alter the bump in my nose without making any major changes. He touched only the part I wanted fixed and left me looking really natural and still just like myself.

Can't say enough how great a Doctor he is and how very professional. Have already recommended him to 4 friends

Will not ever go back! Will not send my kids or anyone else.he does not listen.thinks he knows it all! Is all bout money money money.hurries through visit.

Never listened to me. Too preoccupied with his business and finances. Verb arrogant and talks down to patients.

After arguing with my endocrynologist regarding a partial or full removal of my thyroid. He did exactly what he wanted to do and removed partial thyroid. Results, permanent neck pain, occasional numbness in arms and hands. And 10 years after the removal of half of my thyroid the other half is growing. I did not appreciate him not listening to the more experienced endocrynologist that tried to tell him to remove all of the thyroid.

Dr. Herendeen and his staff are the best! From when I first made the call for my first appointment to my ultimate surgery and follow up, I cannot express how wonderfully I was treated by everyone I was in contact with.

refusing to work with us on meds for my child.even though meds arent covered by ins.and we dont have the money for the expensive medicine.called office n still havent heard anything.called back and still nothing.wont b taking my child back to him.

I have a child w/ constant ear aches. The doctor was caring and straight forward, and helpful.
