Exams tends to be rough.

I was new to Tucson and went to see Dr Hicks. He did not know what he was doing and I started to bleed out. My wife who has seen a lot of procedures done on me almost passed out. I was bleeding and he had to move me to the procedure room and put a catheter in to stop the bleeding. I have been to see 3 Doctors since and they have all said that Dr Hicks screwed it up bad.

Dr. Hicks spent 9 hours removing a 7 pound tumor, my right kidney and my right adrenal gland, but what I remember is the time he spent with me afterward, talking about quality of life and the time he spent before hand, showing me the ct scans, explaining the pre-op procedure (blocking blood supply to the tumor) and the follow-up meetings. This man is not only a skilled physician, he is a wonderful human being. He saves lives!
