Dr. Lee does not care about patients and his staff is rude and uncaring.

ENTAA very kindly accommodated my need for a late Friday, out of town appointment for an ear infection. With one if my ears out of commission, I asked Dr. Lee to use my assistive listening device so his voice would go directly into my other ear's hearing aid. Surprisingly for an ENT, Dr. Lee had never seen an ALD before. Worse, he was irritated by my request and became increasingly angry as I explained my need and how to use the device. Although he seemed to gain control his temper over his and did, eventually, use the ALD during the exam, the pharmacist later discovered an error in the prescription he wrote for me.

Dr. Lee took his time with me explaining the procedures to be performed to help alleviate pain. He was thorough in the procedures I should follow and did an excellent job of keeping me informed of my medical treatment plan.

I was seen on an emergency basis by Dr. Lee so things were a bit rushed during my visit. I was also in a lot of pain so didn't catch a lot of what he said. Thankfully my husband was there so he picked up on what I didn't. All I can say is that after suffering for weeks with severe neck, shoulder and arm pain Dr. Lee was able to help me with an epidural injection of steroids. The procedure was virtually painless and took about a month to really "kick in" but now I feel back to normal for me. Considering my long history of DDD and neurosurgery for herniations in the past, I feel pretty darned good right now. Dr. Lee was thorough, experienced, attentive to my needs and gentle in his approach during my procedure. I would and have, recommended him to others.

I was happy with him and his assistant Karen Scott in the beginning when I went there to be treated for back pain caused by DDD, but now they have left me in a moderate amount of pain without any help for two months, and agonizing pain and sleepless nights, unable to go to work for three days. I called in to get my pain managed, but they told me that they don't believe physical therapy (which I had just started) caused the flare-ups), essentially saying that I was lying, and I was yet again prscribed some **** medication that gives me nothing but side effects and has a FDA black box warning on it and can cause stomach bleeding while the doctor is well aware that I have been taking 6-8 tylenols per day for months to get any relief from the pain. And he is very pushy about giving me an epidural which would expose my ovaries to lots of radiation while TTC, has 50% success rate, damages tissue in the long run and lasts only avg of 2 weeks. I'm really frustrated right now.

I was denying that I needed a hip replacement. Dr.Lee managed my pain and gave me the support and guidance I needed for 2+ years and helped me reach the decision to have the surgery. He is the most caring physician I know. I would recommend him to anyone needing pain management.

Dr Lee does not pretend to know the definitive answer about one's symptoms. He makes it clear that he is going to try several approaches, and gives confidence that if the first approach does not work he will try another. Very professional, and gives the impression he will not give up until the problem is resoved.
