Dr. Thomas J. Lee, MD

Had a great experience with Dr. Lee and his whole team. I felt Dr. Lee was available to answer any questions. He visited me pre and post procedure. His team was the same way and was available through all of the steps involved. I’m grateful.

I visited Dr. Lee a couple of years ago. He was extremely dismissive and just told me to "stop eating dairy." He said to come back to him in a month if it didn't do the trick. It was unhelpful. To add insult to injury, his office billed me for an outpatient hospital visit instead of a specialist visit. What should have been a $30 copay turned into several hundred dollars that I couldn't afford, partially because my condition has prevented me from working full-time. I received received subpage care, and follow-up is not an option. His office and my insurance company refused to change the code. Be careful if you use this practice. Perhaps if he had actually taken my symptoms seriously (my family doctor told me to see a gastroenterologist for a reason), I would actually have some quality of life today. I'm sure he is great for some, and I understand its a busy practice, but the whole experience left me in worse shape than before.
