Dr Neustein is great he has listened to my complaints discussed them with me and helped me to understand the importance of physical therapy. I had been getting injections for several years. They had slowed down there effectiveness until I met Dr.Neustein. Maybe he put the shot in a different area. Maybe the medicine wasn’t exactly the same. I’m not sure but that shot he gave me worked. I started physical therapy and am in less pain now with no narcotics. Thanks Doc.

Dr. Tommy Neustein was outstanding. From my very first appointment, he was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained my injury and treatment plan, and made sure I understood what to expect every step of the way. During what was a very stressful time, Dr. Neustein’s calm demeanor and genuine compassion gave me a great deal of confidence. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that he truly cared about me as a patient. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Tommy Neustein to anyone in need of a hand specialist. He is an exceptional physician who treats his patients with both expertise and kindness.

The whole process took less than 30 minutes . Registration was done quickly and the receptionist very nice. I waited less than eight minutes before being called back. The assistant asked about my problem then handed me off to the radiology tech. She quickly took 3 X-rays making sure I was comfortable while she took them. She walk me to the exam room and 2 minutes later the doctor came in. We talked about my problem and he suggested my treatment, gave me instructions and I checked out with my next appointment. Very nice & efficient.
