Dr. Thomas B Puschak, DDS

Mr. Puschak did my friend’s child back molar tooth cavity, he did root canal, when he was 14 years old, he and his wife carol Puschak no license(run his malpractice dentistry) told the patient and family that the child was all set, he installed permanent crown and did "post and core". But Puschaks never did permanent crown, the molar tooth went missing within 2 years, when the child and family went back to see him, Mr. Puschak allegedly asked to pull the missingmolar tooth root out, and asked to do implanting with his malpractice, no oral surgeon license: Puschaks abuse children, and making their tooth missing for doing root canal, intended not install the permanent crown, Now Puschak asked for $10000+ to implant, Mr. Puschak has mental illness to abuse children, inappropriately touching them. Puschaks grope and groom children in his practice all the time. So, this is a very bad malpractice , fraud, criminal dentist.

Thomas Puschak is an evil to make children's teeth missing. His wife carol had no dental license, it also played dentist under puschak's permission, their office ia a criminal place for detroying patients' life, and especially children's life!

Puschak and Puschaks sexual abused me, made my teeth missing by doing root canal multiple times and never installing permanent crown, He targeted my anxiety problems, and planning when he made all my teeth missing, I have to come to him for his physical, sexual abuse and exploration, at the same time to deprived my money, my financial means for living, Puschaks are criminal and sex abuser, He abuses and sexual molester children, especially children with disability, He sexual assaults women too.

Thomas Puschak should be called removing teeth devil, but not the dentist. Thomas and carol Puschak are extremely dangerous as they are hurting children's life

this is a very bad dentist, he looks only for money, he discriminate and abuse minors and color people. he only looks for any way to cheat, fraud to ruin your teeth and eventually to get big money to pull your teeth, his dentistry license should be removed
