Dr Roberts and his staff are GREAT

Dr. Roberts is a caring and incredibly knowledgeable doctor. The staff is super friendly and always eager to help. Great experience!

Dr Roberts is a joke. They set you an appointment time, but you won’t be seen anywhere close to that time. I got to my appointment early and still didn’t get seen until an hour after my appointment time. His nurse is very rude and honestly should not be working with people. She has no compassion. They constantly give you the run around when trying to get anything taken care of. I will not be visiting this office any longer. I will find a doctor that cares about his patients well-being, not just the almighty dollar.

I went to see Dr Roberts for pain in my R knee. It was determined that I had 3 tears to my manisdisc and several bone chips. My first visit was on a Friday and by the following Friday surgery was scheduled and took place. The staff at Conway Reg were very professional and kind. Followup visit was 1 week post surgery. Dr Roberts was friendly, through and took time to examine and explain everything pre and post surgery. I would highly recomend Dr Roberts to all.

I my initial consultation, my appointment was scheduled at 2:00 pm. I arrived early and I was kept in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. I did not give get a visit from the staff to tell me why I have been waiting. I had to visit the front desk 3 times before anyone when to be back and asked why. I finally got back to the exam room at 4:45 pm. I waited in the exam room for another 40 minutes and finally the doctor came in and offered no excuse for this lapse in memory for his staff. I left the office at 5:45pm. With this alone, I will not recommend this group to anyone.

I appreciated the personal care that Dr. Roberts gave me. He did a great job on my knee replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts.

Recent ACL/Meniscus repair. Staff have been professional and courteous, and Dr. Roberts has answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Excellent Physical therapy facility upstairs, and the therapists and techs are knowledgeable and compassionate.

Everyone at the surgery center was professional and very efficient. This was the 2nd surgery that Dr. Roberts performed on me. I have the utmost confidence in him. He explained the procedure and the outcome to me clearly and my follow-up appointment was both on schedule and thorough. Dr. Roberts takes adequate time with you without making you feel like "just a number" in the waiting room. I cannot say enough good things about he and the staff.
