If they had a review of less than 1, I would have given them that. My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited at the window for 20 minutes. The receptionist opened the window and said, "Do you mind? I am on the phone with the insurance company", and closed the window.. I sat down. At 10:30 (1/2 hour late), she requested that I come to the window to sign a document. At 10:45, I went back to the window and asked her when I was going back. In an unpleasant tone, she said you were late, which I hadn't been. When I told her that my daughter was with me and saw me standing at the window for 20 minutes, she shut up. Second, when I was in recovery, a girl came in yelling for me to get up. I was still out of it. It took 4 tries without any help to sit up. I pulled something in my stomach, and it was difficult to walk or drive for 4 days before the pain went away. These women should not be working in a doctor's office, where they interact with the… patients!

Called with a problem during the COVID-19 period and was told he wouldn't call me back unless I agreed to either an in person or televisit so that he could get paid. Amazing greed.

His waiting room was packed and there were no places to sit. The other Doctor's patients were being seen promptly and the staff kept apologizing for him . Inexcusable delays.

Very Professional knowledgable caring great bedside manner listens to what you as a patient has to say and will work with you to find the best treatment plan

Doctor Scileppi is a wonderful and caring doctor that takes time to listen and times to explain every detail.

Dr Scileppi is an excellent and knowledgeable Dr who has helped manage my gastro issues. He is always polite and answers questions and does not rush you out. I would have loved to give 5 stars, however the staff that handles prescription authorization does not appear to have the same level of compassion as the Dr. I had a very unpleasant experience trying to get a simple authorization for a prescription that I have been taking for years. The woman who handles the authorizations would not speak with me and I kept getting, "shes working on it" form the staff. I had to finally call my primary physician who immediately authorized the prescription. I still have heard nothing from them regarding the prescription, but thanks to my primary, I don't care anymore. I'm not sure if Ill be going back.
