Very knowledgeable doctor. Was very straightforward and not trying to get me into something I didn’t need.

Unbelievably rude. Talked to two PT's who advised me to switch for rotator cuff surgery, so I went with Dr. Jody Smith, who was fantastic. I also talked to a friend who was in nursing school in the '80's who worked in proximity to him. She informed me that he was a jerk back then, too - the worst doctor she ever worked around....

I was seen by Dr. Davis’ team to include Adam Cristman (his PA) and his assistants. They were very friendly yet professional with great bedside manners. They were also very informative in my treatment options and expectations. I give my highest recommendation!

My experience as a patient of Dr. Thorp Davis was not pleasant. I felt very uninformed and was treated with little respect. He treated my follow up visit like a new patient visit. He realized this half way through his visit, and did not apologize. I had to let him know that I had multiple injuries and had to direct him to the reports, which he did not realize were available. He was quick to spout his credentials before listening to the concerns of his patient. His bedside matter was definitely lacking. I could not ever recommend him to anyone. Patients need to be able to trust their doctor to prioritize patient care. All this visit revealed was that negative pride is still an elevated issue amongst professionals in influential positions. I hope this review is humbling to Dr. Thorp.

My visit was not what I expected. My personal experienced paired with my friend's situation makes me feel Dr. Davis is not compassionate. He does not seem to listen to his patient's concerns and was quick to judge and not support patient's individual cases. I was very disappointed, and will not be able to recommend him.

Dr. Thorp Davis was not at all what I thought he would be. My personal experience plus a critique from a friend makes me puzzled. I met a man with little compassion . He was too quick to stroke his credentials, than offer a relevant explanation. He seems not to listen to his patients' concerns, and cryptically talks in circles. He is a Tarzan claiming he is the best in his kingdom. Yet the only thing I take away, is he can beat his chest quite loudly. Poor Jane :)
