Best doctor I have ever had - EVER (I've moved around a lot). Dr. Mack is brilliant, personable, down to earth. Cares about his patients, spends time (never feels rushed) and always runs on time too. Highly recommended.

I have tried twice to make an appointment with Dr. Mack and both times he could not accommodate me. He is scheduling clients not in a few weeks but in a few months. He apparently has too many clients and is unable to help a client when they need to see him sooner rather than later. That doesn't work for me.

I've been going to see him since he was participating in his residency. The first time I met with him he reset my hips! I thought that was pretty impressive for him being a newbie! Lol But seriously, he is a great doctor. He takes his time to listen to my concerns (like really listen), he is knowledgeable, always keeps options open when it comes to different treatments, and is adamant about follow ups. Here it is, 6 years and three offices later and I refuse to go to another doctor. I moved to New Jersey, but still drive an hour to Pennsylvania to see him! That's saying a lot!

Dr. Mack is a good listener, provides thorough and careful evaluations and gives complete explanations of medical issues and treatment options. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.

Have been seeing Dr. Mack for almost two years now. He is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. Spends above and beyond the necessary time with patient to help understand and gives you the courtesy to ask questions and include your thoughts in treatment. Very professional and personable: takes time to follow up with phone call to see how you're doing. Highly recommend! He is currently a resident of Bryn Mawr Hospital and is practicing at Bryn Mawr Family Practice (part of Main Line Healthcare).
