Always so thoughtful and caring when it comes to mental health he is so understanding. He truly looks in every detail you give him and explains what you need based on each detail.

He has been my family doctor for about 15 years. He listens, shares his opinions. I have to say, he is SO GOOD, he is rarely ever wrong. He is the very best doctor I’ve ever known. And he really does care about his patients

I have several health issues so I have had many doctors of various disciplines and I’d have to say that Dr. McNicoll is definitely one of, if not my absolute favorite doctor. There are times that I have needed to wait a bit long to be seen by Dr. McNicoll but he takes time during each visit to thoroughly discuss the reasons for each visit. He actually cares and I am quite happen to have him as my doctor for over a year now.

I have been going to Dr. McNicoll for 15 years--he is the best. Very detailed and professional. He keeps up to date on new medicine. I would recommend him to anyone. They schedule perfect -so no long wait time. We are bless to have him and staff in Simi

I visited Dr. Mcnicoll on a very busy day and yet he took all the time necessary to address my condition. I was an add-on for the day's schedule so I expected to have to wait awhile. The first time I visited him there was just a minimal wait. He is a wonderful doctor who truly seems to care about the patient.

He listened carefully to all my concerns and addressed each one. He explained in simple terms the diagnosis and the benefits of the medication prescribed. He recommended a course of action and said to return in 4 days if I didn't see improvement ;which I took to mean he was interested that I get better. He gave me as much time as I needed. I would recommend him as a family physician.
