I love the attention Dr. Rhyme and the staff gives my medical concerns. He is sure to follow-up on any questions I may have. Wait times have drastically been reduced. Although it is a bit of a travel for me, it's worth the drive. Thank you Dr. Rhyme for being the best doctor for me.

I love the doctors and NPs I've seen here, but the wait is ridiculous. I've had to wait over 2 hours for an appointment - more than once. The normal hours (pre-COVID) are great - 2 late nights and Saturdays are available. That is the only reason I continued going for so long. If the hours do not become available again after COVID ebbs away, I do not know that I would stick around.

Dr Rhyme is very consiiderate, kind and patient and has a good sense of humor. When I have a health problem, he tries to find the root of the problem, and tries to find a remedy for it. He has time to listen to his clients.

Dr rhyme is the best doctor out there! He is very kind and nice. Loves his patients. The staff hasn't been the best in the past but he has since gotten new staff members that return your call and are very pleasant! This is the doctor you need to go with!

Staff won't return calls. I've had to phone and leave a message three times and in none of those instances did I receive a return call. If you want to talk to someone, ignore all the "options" to be directed and just try to get the main secretary. Good luck.

Dr Rhyme is a very genuine, caring, courteous and respectful Dr. He is willing yo listen, help, and even pray with you. However his staff has no customer service skills, his front receptionist is mean and unapproachable. Its difficult to see the DR, its like going through secret service security just to get to see, talk to, or hear from him. Staff make a huge impact on your experience. He is def a fantastic Dr, but his staff makes your experience horrible.
