I love Dr. Tsui and very blessed that he has been my OBGYN for 3 years now. I hope and pray that he continues his practice for as long as he can. It has taken me so many years to find a doctor I can be comfortable with.

Not only did Dr. Timothy Tsui have poor communication skills and bedside manners, but he made multiple mistakes that were shocking (won’t be listing all of them, to keep it shorter). He seemed cold and resistant to fully explaining/answering questions, and after speaking to some of his former patients I realized that I wasn’t the only one who had experienced this. My procedure with him led to less than desirable results, after which I finally left to get a second opinion. I was then informed that Dr. Tsui had come to an inappropriate conclusion based on his imaging read, and as a result I had gone through unnecessary treatment that led to side effects. I also ended up with a missing lab result because he had sent the pertinent tissue sample to the wrong lab, which he didn’t disclose - I found out through a different provider who seemed surprised at how this was mishandled by Tsui. I understand mistakes happen, but there were too many serious ones and he had an indifferent attitude. I… switched to a different ob/gyn group and can’t express how incredibly better they’ve been in every way. I wouldn’t trust Dr. Tsui to provide decent care and be transparent, and can’t think of a single reason to see him (especially if you have PPO insurance and/or are planning for a pregnancy - you have plenty of better options).
