Dr. Timothy Dale Watts, MD

I'm highly alarmed & unsatisfied with this choice as a PCP. They rarely answer the phone and if you disagree with or advise of their &, they become irate. One staff member became upset with a consumer, used profanity & said it didn't matter if the patients were seen because either way, she'd get off at 4pm. They book appointments so close together (15min intervals, back-to-back) that if one person arrives late or if their appt runs over 15min, appts after result in being seen past their appt window. After my last encounter, I found that they show favoritism toward new consumers & push back existing ones. We had an appt & knew we'd be running behind (10-12min) so we called numerous times prior to the appt time, to see our options, to no avail, no answer. We arrived & were told we missed our time slot (I noticed by setting appts every 15min, they allot 0 leeway for breaks in between clients, the possibility of an appt lasting longer than 15min, or tardiness). However, when we arrived, we… found they too were behind schedule & had not yet called us to come to the back for our appt. They also were not ready for the person whose appt was prior to ours either. We were told there was a new client who was running late earlier whose appt also went longer than expected, so they were behind overall. A few minutes after we arrived, they were ready to see the patient whose appt was before ours, so naturally, we expected to come after. Instead, they accepted a patient whose appt came AFTER ours because she arrived on time for her appt. We inquired as to why they'd skip over us if our appt was the next appt in line but they claimed since we were late, we had to wait an undisclosed amount of time. So they shifted the fault off themselves (of which they were running behind on several appts & couldn't of seen us at our scheduled time even if we were not tardy) onto us because we were tardy. Why didn't the new patient receive the same excuse or treatment if they were late as well, & also their appt lasted longer than 15min? Goes to show that there should be better judgement on their end when setting or accepting appointments. We were then told we'd be seen next, which was untruthful; we waited over an hour to be informed we'd have to continue to wait or reschedule. It was only when we continued to inquire & question, that we were seen 15min later or so. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Dr's office, with the most excuses, inconsiderable rules/expectations, & unjust treatment. I've come on 3 different occasions and there's been a different problem at each one, whether it's being given untruthful information or advised of incorrect medications.

Nice Doc. Nice offices. Short wait time. spends time listening and explaining diagnoses. Convenient prescription process. No follow up, though.

he's been my doctor for the longest time and he's been very consistent

There was no wait; I was called back so quickly I hadn't even finished my new patient paperwork! Dr Watts really spent a lot of time with me, listened well, and was very, very thorough. His nurse was friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.
