Dr. Timothy K Wolff, MD

Dr. Wolff treated me after I was initially diagnosed with major depression at the age of 21, and I am so glad he was my first psychiatrist. We tried multiple different medications before finding one that worked, but he always listened to me and made swift alterations based on my feedback. We probably went through four medications before finding one that worked for me but now after six years, the medication and prescription he gave me is still the one I take every day. I moved away from Texas for work and have seen multiple psychiatrists since Dr. Wolff, but none have compared to his level of insight, compassion and responsiveness. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wolff to anyone dealing with depression or anxiety.

Dr. Timothy Wolff insisted on instructions that were unrelated to the purpose of my visit, outside the purview of medicine, and which caused a marked deterioration the quality of my life. The result of Dr. Timothy Wolffâ??s shallow, incompetent, and irresponsible advice was an worsening in the overall condition of misery in which I was in. The original condition for which I made my initial visit to Dr. Wolff was not treated and was ignored. Instead, Dr. Wolff changed the discussion to a non-medically related topic, and insisted on instructions in that topic. I made the mistake of trusting him; and my already abysmal state of life became markedly worse. I infer from Dr. Wolffâ??s glib, flippant, and off-the-cuff attitude that he displayed, from the type of his advice, and from other innumerable details, that this unprofessional and destructive type of behavior from Dr. Wolff is part of a common pattern, and that he has probably caused significant degradation in the state of life in… other clients as well. The result of Dr. Wolffâ??s destructive instructions was a financial, physical, and emotional toll which is inordinately difficult from which to recover, perhaps even impossible from which to recover.
