Horrible visit

Very impersonal. Barely looked at me when she entered the exam room. The appt was for a physical checkup, but all she did was talk. She did not physically check me as a doctor would usually do for an physical exam. Didn't even ask me if I had any questions at the end of the appointment. I had to request to discuss something I was concerned about. The appointment left me confused and honestly, just unsatisfied.

For an annual physical exam, she never once did anything. She told me about past records and findings I had but she never checked my lungs. I just sat on the seat as she told me stuff then she printed out the paperwork and walked out. I don’t know what an annual physical check up is to her but to me, that wasn’t it. She just lectured me. But never did anything but that. Didn’t make any sense to me.

She is not personable at all. She got upset when I wanted to tell her about all of my symptoms then was very rude and short for the remainder of the apt. At the end of the apt instead of “bye,” “thank you,” or anything else polite, she says, “okay, I’m leaving.” What in the world? I would not recommend her at all!

This doctor emailed my daughters lab results, never once bothering to deliver the news personally. Despite having numerous questions never once did she pick up the phone to address any concerns. She cut copies pasted a some vague response from Google MD and she referred to to an orthopedic specialist. After speaking to the orthopedic department it turned out she was supposed to refer to a podiatrist for my daughters specific condition. Very impersonal Dr. I've never experienced anything like this.

Very happy with my care. She was prompt, kind, and thorough. Would refer my family to her.

I would never recommend tina jose!
