Dr. Chan is always very friendly! She shares her knowledge so willingly and is awesome at explaining answers to my questions and concerns. The secretary and staff are also always patient and kind to my children. We have never had a bad experience in the 13+ years I have been bringing my daughters to her! We love Dr. Chan!

From the beginning of scheduling the appointment to the moment, we left the office, we received impeccable, patient care. Dr. Chan and her staff are professional, ethical, and respectful. My father, the patient, has expressive aphasia, and so it can be both confusing and frustrating to understand him. The entire staff was patient and kind. We were there for a couple of hours, but that is the beauty of this practice. They took their time And never once did I, nor my father, felt rushed which we have often felt during past medical appointments. I cannot express enough appreciation For this exceptional practice. No matter the weight, this practice is worth it.
