Dr. Todd Laughlin Andrews, MD

I took myself to the ER due to feeling sick at 35 weeks. I had preeclampsia. I labored for awhile but then discovered there were other complications. Dr. Andrews performed an emergency c-section. He was the Dr on call. He did an AMAZING job. I have really high anxiety and he took the time to explain every step before knocking me out. He is super! He was not my Dr during the pregnancy.

He delivered all three Of my babies. Love him

I made an apt with Dr Andrews when my became pregnant, first of all they made her an apt for 3 weeks after we called, 2 days later they called to push apt back a week. When my daughter start bleeding heavy they said to go to ER, we did and sat there 7 hours. We were told to call Andrews to make an appt asap. I called the next morning and was told Dr Andrews would not see her. Again she started bleeding, called Andrews, was told again he would not see her. Then they canceled her appt altogether. DO NOT TRY TO SEE HIM, STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND UNCARING. So after waiting 3 weeks to see him my daughter now has to wait 4 more weeks to see a new DR. Dr Andrews staff is busted. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I go to see Dr. Andrews for my Prenatal visits and he has also taken over my OBGYN care altogether. I hardly ever stress about going to the OBGYN anymore and I am not angry when I leave my prenatal appointments. Dr. Andrews does only what he thinks is necessary and is not out to tell you what you want to hear. He is by the book and I appreciate that. He is also very straight forward but I think he loves his work and does a great job. No one perfect but so far we havent found any problems with this doctor as an OBGYN!

Went to Dr. Andrews after reading his reviews and was really let down! I needed progesterone shots to help with preterm labor which was advised by my specialist after having 4 miscarrages, and he wouldnt give me the shots till he knew for sure the insurance was going to pay him for giving me the injections! I thought that was crazy since my insurance coverd the shots being over nighted to his office for my appt the following day, you would think they would cover the dr. fee for injecting me, but the nurse told me she would call to verify with insurance and that never got done!!! Now its to late for the shots because i am passed 20 weeks which was the cut off time. Also i have had one c-section and have had 4 V-backs since, with No complications what so ever! Dr. Andrews told me he was not willing to stay with me during my labor if he was due home or had to leave because he was not going to give up family time which he had done in the past!? I was shocked and not happy about another… c-section and felt why should i go thru major surgery if it was not necessary!? Insurance requires your Dr. to stay with you if you have had a previous c-sections in case of any complications. If going home is more important, then i believe his patients DO NOT COME FIRST!!!!!!I just sat there shocked and almost in tears because i have 6 other children and it would be a longer healing time and I wouldnt be able to care the them! I then recieved a letter from Dr. Andrews and his office that stated this: YOU are herby served with formal discharge from our care. You have risk factors that extend beyond the scope of this practice and the ability to meet your ongoing healthcrae needs.!!!!!!!Are you kidding me!!! If not wanting major surgery (c-section) and having to watch me for some preterm labor since they dropped the ball on my progesterone shots is to much for Dr Andrews to handle, then he needs to find another line of work and fast!!! Maybe retire so he can spend all day at home since that was so important!!! I would not trust this Dr. at all, find someone who cares about thier patients!!!!

I have been coming to Dr Andrews office four over 6 yrs and four kids have been delivered by him my husband and I would not have another dr while there are time where he wasn't in at a appt. I loved the fact that he was with another patient which ment when my time came he would be with me! As far as the staff I loved them too nothing but nice I would recomend him to anyone<3

i love dr andrews hes a wonderful dr caring and patient i was so scared to go into labor and him not be on call but he made sure to be there im having my second child 4 years later and i still choose dr andrews

Yes, you will wait to be seen by this doctor however, he will also patiently listen to your concerns. I personally had a difficult pregnancy towards the end of my last months pregnant. He was cauious and took care of me and my baby and checked on us while in the hospital everyday! I would recommend this doctor but i would also recommend his staff take a course in scheduling/office management.

My husband and I chose Dr. Andrews for our Obgyn when I was pregnant with our first baby. If he says he will be there he WILL be there. There were some days that he was late to our appointment because he was out delivering a baby, and that actually made me feel comfortable. When I was choosing a doctor I wanted to know that they would be there at anytime of the day at the office or not. That is exactly what you get with this doctor. He is caring and has a great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. My pregnancy had a few complications here and there and this doctor really took the time to explain everything to us. He even came by every day that I was in the hospital to check on the baby and I and that was five days. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. Sure you might have to be patient but you wont be disappointed.

I made an appointment with Dr. Andrews a month ago. When I arrived for the appointment (first appointment of the day) the staff said he wasn't in - and they didn't know if / when he would be in. They said sometimes he has to go to the hospital to deliver a baby and he won't call in. The said he simply "drops by" the office when is done - EVEN WHEN HE HAS APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED?! I waited thirty minutes and left. They asked me if I wanted to rescheduled...LOL. NO.
