I’ve been seeing Dr Kerwin for over 10 years. He is an absolute saint. Brilliant doctor who always takes the time to explain everything. There is no other cardiologist I would trust more than him.

I have a long standing aortic valve problem. I hadn’t treated in 8 or 9 years. I researched Dr. Kerwin & decided to make an appointment. On the first visit Dr. Kerwin showed genuine interest in my medical history and condition. He ordered an echocardiogram. On subsequent visits he explained what the tests showed & referred me to a surgical group. He stayed in touch & insisted the surgeon see me again after it was decided I was not a candidate for TAVR. I also love the fact that I can message Dr. Kerwin on the NYU Langone patient portal and he responds. I’m very happy with Dr. Kerwin.

I switched to Dr. Kerwin from a hospital known for Cardiac issues and was unbelievably impressed! He explained everything down to the most minuscule detail. I felt very comfortable throughout every meeting and would highly recommend him to everyone I know!

Dr. kerwin was to read my stress test - after the treadmill portion was over, I started experiencing chest pain - Not once did he come check on me but told the np I was cleared to go. At this point I had already taken 2 nitro pills and was told don't take anymore it will lower my blood pressure.
