The doctor and his staff are very Courteous and very personable. Over the phone email or in person they treat you like a human not as just another patient or number.

If you want the VERY BEST orthopedists then look no further than Dr. Minas and the incredible Dr.'s at the Paley Institute. There is a reason that so many people come to this place from all over the planet, they come from India, Israel, Japan, Australia, South America, all over Asia and Europe just to see these amazing Dr.'s. They are considered the best of the best. I can tell you they are not only that from reputation but from my experiences.

I just had my second total hip replacement done by Dr. Minas. I cannot say enough great things about the care that I received from Dr. Minas, his entire team, and St. Mary's orthopedic team. Dr. Minas listened to every concern and question that I had and addressed them thoroughly. I am so thankful that my experience was such a positive one.

From the start, everything went wrong. Dr. Minas said after hip surgery I could go home the following afternoon. All the nurses and physical therapist told me I should stay three or four days. They were right and I had serious complications leaving the hospital too early. Dr. Minas recommended their inpatient rehab facility for rehab. My insurance company didn’t agree and l ended up spending two additional days in the hospital as this argument went back-and-forth. Another time his assistant Jeff raised his voice to me at questioning why I thought I needed to have surgery in my other hip. it was Dr. Minas who originally said that it may be possible And to have a consult. It is difiicult to talk to anyone even tho they promise an answer within 24 hours that does not happen and Dr Minas always seems to be out of town.

Excellent service. Over my 32 year career in the fire service I have had multiple surgeries. The Paley institute and Dr. Minas far exceeded my expectations quality service quality people well organized highly recommend
