I finally found a great Dr. I will always be so afraid of pap smears due to some complications in my uterus. she was the ONLY Dr. That was able to perform a pap smear on me with out any pain..she is great!!!!

It is difficult to have an informed conversation with her because she seems reactive and defensive.

I completely agree with the previous comments about her careless nature and rushed exams. I have been to many doctors in my life and have never walked out completely speechless. She is extremely cold, defensive, and seems to not really care about you as a human. My first visit, she didnt even want to know anything about my life, jumped straight into an ultrasound, then attempted to answer my questions in an aggressive manner. I work in an extremely aggressive profession and have this opinion. The word care never occurred to this doctor. She was rushing to get us out of there as soon as possible. Then she told me that she would probably not be available to deliver my baby because she would be on vacation. This I understand but the aggressive, defensive manner she delivered the message was appalling. My husband and I couldnt wait to run out of there. She should work on wall street instead. Glad I found another doctor who is amazing.

Dr. Morrissey is nice, competent and educated--yes. But so are other doctors.I waited 2 months for my appointment and 30 minutes for my exam that took 5 minutes. She was still talking to me as she was walking out the examination room. I never had a chance to discuss my needs. I recommend you find another Dr.

I have been seeing Dr Morrissey for a while now and have yet to have a problem with this office. Dr. Morrissey is warm and friendly and her staff is caring and compassionate. She has seen me through 2 pregnancies (one pregnancy was twins) and an on-going issue with abnormal cells in the uterus. During my pregnancy with the twins, she came in on her off weekend because she said she was determined to see the twins be born. When I have my paps for my abnormal cells, I actually get a phone call from Dr. Morrissey herself with the results and not an office staff person. Also, Dr. Teng and Nurse Payne are amazing as her back-ups and I LOVE the nurses too. Great office. Minimal wait time. Amazing doctor!

You get what you pay for - doctors are no different. Yes, she's PPO-only, which means an additional out of pocket cost. That's good to know up front. But, this is a small, progressive, woman-friendly practice where you're not going to get treated as a number. I've been going there for annual checkups for 7 years & have had one pregnancy/delivery with Dr. Morrissey. I've always been very pleased & would highly recommend.

her exam especially the breast was so poor, she could have easily missed a mass. I felt rushed the entire exam.Her bedside manner was poor. She acted as though she could have cared less if I came back....

Amazing woman; excellent bedside manner; competent, professional, caring; truly the best gynecologist I've been to, and I have been to many over the years.

by far, the best medical experience i have ever had. she is very smart but never makes you feel bad or dumb for coming into the room with a list of questions...and she'll answer every one.she is a great balance of professional and friendly. trusting her with the experience of having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy delivery, was very easy to do. i think this was because she is so confident and knowledgable. she made me laugh as i pushed.the office staff (liz! yolanda!) is very thorough and helpful. pamela payne and dr. teng were lovely as well. i felt the whole ship ran smooth and communicated well.though my insurance precludes me from using them for this pregnancy, they have still been reviewing my current ob options with me.if you have an opportunity to work with them, you should. really. no, really.
