Dr. Tracey Patrice Sills, MD

Absolute worst physician I’ve ever encountered and I’m in the healthcare field. Unprofessional, rude, condescending. Should not be practicing. Do not see her. Waste of your time and money. If you question a decision or even ask a simple question, she is extremely defensive. Great physicians do not act this way. This woman has a major chip on her shoulder.

The doctor would just throw around diagnosis’s with out even having proof. She feels that insurance companies only pay for 10 min of her time. Very in professional with no bed side manner. I was charged for things I wasn’t supposed to be. The insurance company is investigating her for fraud.

A sadistic woman. Kept me waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Kept going on and on about her ivy league education that she's doing so much good for the poor dumb people around here. Yes, she said that! I believe this doctor has some serious unresolved mental health issues. I pray that she gets the help that she needs: however until then I don't think she is fit to be seeing people as a doctor. Also, her attire: wearing full army camo was kind of strange in a doctor. Also, the office was filthy. Find another doctor: there are much better choices in the area...

Unethical withholding of medical records as they never called to inform me of abnormal blood work results. Only after I complained 3x times that no one had called me with any information did they then tell me I had abnormal results and I had to pay for a doctors visit to find out what was at issue. Will be contacting a personal injury attorney and my health care advocate at Kaiser.

Very good doctor she takes very good care of her patients been there for 2 years i always say god is good because he bless me with a good doctor and staff is wonderful to

This was my first and last time going to this unprofessional and filthy place. I should have know better since I saw their sign in the building (it says just doctor) or as soon as I met with the receptionist. (Rude and bad attitude in general)They suck at customer service and professional practices. They made me wait almost 2 hours before the doctor saw me. They asked me for urine samples and when I asked for my results 2 weeks later they just said that everything was fine, no written report or anything and they billed me for it. My blood work was sent to a unknown lab even though they told me, because of my insurance, it was gonna be sent to labcorp. After my bad first experience getting tested for my physical screening I didn't want to go back for the reading of my results. I asked them for a copy of my lab reports to go somewhere else but they refused to give them to me without the consultation. If they would have used labcorp as they should, I could have been able to see my… results online without paying a consultation fee and I would be able to keep that record online forever. But the doctor just gave me a printed copy and wrote all over it notes that only her can understand. This place is bad overall. I wish I would have read some reviews before going there. But I'll hope this would help someone to avoid doing the same mistake than me.

If you work, do not use this doctor. I have been here for over a year, no longer going back. I have had to wait an hour minimum prior to being seen no matter what time I make my appointment. Dr. Sills will stroll in 30 minutes after my appointment time, for which I am always on time, and chit chat with her staff while I’m waiting in a small room. When you finally get to see her she talks about pointless things for way too long. This office fails to value others time. I can’t be out of work for 3-4 hours each time I see the doctor. Also, if you ever have a question for the doctor (about prescription refill, test results, etc) do not expect a call back until you continue to call the front desk over and over. Only then will you receive an answer.

9:00 appt. No doctor. 9:30 Dr still a no show 10:00 Front office staff says soon 10:30 she showed up. Then she gossips w/her employees and she gets to work... Wow almost 11:00.. So she could catch up she spent 1 minute 42 seconds w/me. I wonder what the diagnosis was.guess I'll find out when i get my meds at drug store. Her overall rating is 2.9 overall but in last 12 months it's 1.0 out of 5. Wish i had found this website before..

Waited over two hours in dingy patient room. Dogs roaming freely. Dr. Sills talked to me mostly with her back turned. No eye contact. Over medicated me to the point where i was sick for weeks. Just overall not good.
