It pains me to give Dr. Cook one star. I went to her for a second opinion on a fibroid tumor that was causing me awful symptoms. She tried to push a hysterectomy on me, she never once told me there is a minimally invasive option called a uterine fibroid embolization performed by an interventional radiologist (which I ended up getting). She either isn’t up on the newer procedures or only cares about recommending the procedure she performs. Either way, I would never recommend her. She also spoke negatively about men and male doctors three times during the appointment. I was there to talk about my symptoms not her underlying agenda.

I was having a difficult time with menopause. Hadn’t been able to have sex for over 4 months. Dr Cook gave me options and treatment that I could understand. I am very grateful.

Dr. Cook is the best. She worth the wait

Dr cook is amazing!! I've been going to her for 6 years now! I wouldn't recommend anyone but her she's so understanding and caring not to mention awsomeeeeee!!! Oh and deff the best on out there I don't trust anyone else! It took me yrs to find a on I really like. Everyone of her PAtients feel important she's just amazing all together I love dr cook!!!!!!!

During a very difficult time in my pregancncy, I had to wait a very long time for my test results. I called the office several times and was promised a call-back everytime. I even called where I had gotten my testing done to make sure it was sent to the doctors office, it was. This added much stress and anxiety during a very difficult time.
