FANTASTIC VISIT!!! super smart physician who is willing to go the extra step in order to find the diagnosis and treatment plan that is best for me.

I would not take anyone near this office. Very rude. You can not even speak your opinion unless you try to talk over her still want listen to concerns. They don't even have a fax any more. I've had bad doctor visits before but this one tops the cake. Save your money and time look elsewhere.

Seeing this doctor was the worst experience I have ever had in my 50+ years as a patient and as a medical professional. I have NEVER, EVER had a bad experience with a doctor until this office visit. I feel she is not compassionate or patient oriented, and in my case lacked the ability to interpret my reaction to being given bad news. I was shocked and very dismayed at being told I have yet another health condition which would require ongoing treatment. Instead of seeing that I was dejected and frustrated, she labeled my behavior and questions as angry, challenging and demanding. It was apparent she was in a hurry and felt my questions were a bother. I felt she wanted to give me my options and leave the room. Her bedside manner was pitiful and lacked any degree of visible compassion. I donâ??t need someone to hold my hand, but a bit of kindness would have been nice; she was not patient oriented. If you wish to have a doctor that walks in with a stone face, tells you your… diagnosis and options and then leaves without establishing any sort of rapport, this is the doctor for you. I got the feeling she wants to move her patients through in a robotic way without any patient connection whatsoever. Please strongly consider my review and others before deciding to see this doctor.

Thank goodness I left this Dr. if you can call her that instead of Dr. Quack! Wrong diagnosis and is a test after test after test freak.

A family member went to treat with Dr. Lovell. I accompanied the family member to the visit. Dr. Lovell didn't want me in the room. Oh well. She rushed in, offered no assistance, dismissed my relative's Lupus markings, said she couldn't treat her with medication, and to come back. For what? The symptoms and pained worsened as a result of Dr. Lovell's "non-diagnosis." The relative was told by various other doctors to follow up with Dr. Lovell. Dr. Lovell office couldn't work the relative in for 4 weeks. Ugh. Her office confirms the appointment days prior. My relative arrives early, and the office had it on the calender for another day and time. So, my relative's in pain, crying and they blame my relative, shrug their shoulders and dismiss them. Even though they just "worked" another patient in moments before my relative's check in. When asked for a copy of the prior medical records, they get nasty. Seriously! Why punish yourself and waste time HURTING by treating with her?

She has been my doctor for a couple of years now. The first visit was great. We talked, she asked questions, she listened... I was thrilled to find a caring doc. Well, that ended with the first visit. Every visit since, she rushes in, glances at my joints, says she has looked at my labs and this is what she wants to do and then rushes out. If you try to talk, she talks over you without listening. You asking questions seems to annoy her. I went in with a list and she said, "Okay, what is the one most important question you have?" I started asking the question and she talked over me and then left. I'm currently looking for a new doctor. I think she is a very smart woman and could be very helpful to lots of people, but her bedside manner is horrible.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lovell. She has a great bedside manner, truely listened to me and provided excellent care. She was thorough in her exam, I would highly recommend!

My wife left Dr. Lovell because she never listened to her about her pain. She has her own ideas on treatment and acts on what she thinks she sees rather than finding out what the patient is really experiencing.

my sister was told by two doctors primary and ENT) that she may have Lupus. This doctor was dismissive of every symptom saying that was not her field. She was good about running all sorts of test, but said they came back with false-positives! Told my sister (who is 34) to go have her tonsils removed and let her body reboot and come back in 8 months. SIX months after having tonsils removed, her body has not healed from the surgery and she needs another surgery to remove calcification from her throat! When she tried to get her records from this doctor, she refused to give them to her! Life is precious and should be enjoyed don't prolong your suffering....STAY FAR AWAY from this QUACK!!!!!!
