Dr. Tracy Lynne Russell, MD

Horrible experience. Been there more than once hoping it would get better. Dr. Russell talks down to you, ha the door open a slight but (do to it was hot) heard her talking to her staff about one of the patients parents, calling them stupid. She has no respect for anyone. Her front desk receptionist named Joanne is rude as can be, very disrespectful. Will never go back there again. Would never recommend her to anyone. After that I started asking around and heard horrible things about her.

This doctor is an idiot who listens to small town rumors about patient families and acts on them. If she can't figure out whats wrong with a kid then the parent is to blame. Her staff is awful to deal with especially Emilee and Crystal. If you want a competent doctor look elsewhere, if your child is over preschool age.She and her staff hate older kids.
