Dr Dillard is a kind and caring individual. He takes the time to listen to you and isn't in a rush to end my appointment.

I have had Dr. Troy Dillard for over 3 years. He has helped me get my A1c down from 7.7 to 6.6. He is always patient, respectful and caring about my health. Very thorough and knowledgeable in his profession. I wish him well in Vancouver, Wash. Bellinghams loss, Vancouvers gain.

Troy has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. My entire visit was a complete nightmare because of how aggressively he was pressuring me to let him provide treatment. He blatantly insulted my referring provider multiple times and when I asked questions, he labeled me as being argumentative. Stay away from Troy!

After my first visit with Dr. Dillard I had an issue with diabetes. I called the office and left a message. Much to my surprise it was Dr. Dillard that called me back within 5 minutes to make a plan to avoid my glucose level going too high. I was impressed by the personal care.
