Dr. Trung Hoa Pham, MD

I have been with dr. Foam for around 15 years. I find him to be very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he explains how my life choices affect my life. He also believes in preventive medicine.

Staff is rude and Dr. Pham is inconsiderate.

VERY UPSET WITH DR PHAM STAFF THEY ARE VERY NASTY TALKING TO YOU I MADE 3 TRIPS TO WALMART SHE SAID SHE CALLED IN IN FACT I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT WALMART PHARMACY LET THEM HERE IT AND SAID SHE NEVER CALLED IT IN THEN SHE GETS VERY NASTY DR PHAM WILL NOW HOW IS STAFF IS NASTY EXPECIALLY WITH ME I BARLEY GO SEE HIM BUT MY HUSBAND HEALTH IS IMPORTANT I LOVE DR PHAM THE BEST DOCTOR ON EARTH

DR PHAM IS THE BEST INT HE BUSINESS I SEEN YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS AT DR KROOPNICKS OFFICES AND I HEARD HE HAD HIS OWN PRACTICE DR PHAM REALLY LISTEN TO HIS PATIENCE HE CARES MY HUSBAND HAS A ILLNESS HE TAKES CARE OF HIM VERY WELL AND I NOT THE SICKLY TIME PEROSN BUT HE KNOWS WHEN MY HUSBAND GETTING ON MY NERVES DORCTOR PHAM MAKES YOU LAUGH AND HE UNDERSTANDS MY HUSBAND AND WHAT HE GOING THROUGH RECOMMENTD HIM HIGHLIGHT TO ANYONE AND YES HE DOES TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE AND HE EVEN COMES TO THE HOPSITAL HE THE BEST INT HE BUSINESS

DR.PHAM ,I can not complain about the care that I receive from him,, a very excellent DR., I have had a problem with a staff member that works for him .i am not a conversational person., let me say this no pt. should not have to wait almost a week to get their medication, OK ! I call the pharmacy to make sure my medication was available to be pick up , let me rind u now my appt. was on the 16 th , I do not get my medication until the 23..when I kept calling u saying to u that is no mediation at GIANT PHAMCY, Made three trips , well GAINT PHARMCY pick up the error from one of his employe that work for him, did not give my correct last name and that was the prombly , but it did not stop their, had the nerve to get unperffesional with me and when I ask to speak with my DR, she refuse to let me speak to him, but he will know , IT is not about making some one lose their job ITs about respect and Correcting your mistakes that u have made..GIANT PHARMACY says she will be reported,… they have had prombleys out of her before.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pham for almost 10 years. I like his no nonsense attitude. This is not to say he doesn't have a sense of humor, he does. But if I'm not taking care of myself, he can be firm, which let's me know he actually cares about my well being. I also like the fact that he takes the time to explain medical terms and procedures in layman's terms. He makes me comfortable and in turn I'm much more forth coming. Studies show the relationship between doctor and patient is key in getting good care. I have a chronic illness so being able to communicate with and see my doctor in a timely manner is of utmost importance. Dr. Pham meets my needs.
