Great Doctor, very professional and friendly. Fast Service. Every test and paperwork are done on time.

Because after a month long appointment, they canceled my appointment less than thirty minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was on my way there already. After rescheduling for the next week, they canceled it AGAIN the day before the rescheduled appointment.

Dr Tekkelian is very experienced, with a large number of patients, and can diagnose most of my problems by herself. She listens and asks questions in a friendly but efficient way to identify what's wrong and what to do about it. She has a wonderful staff that take care of appointments and preparation. She knows many specialists to refer me to and these have turned out to be very good, also. The only complaint is that she is too popular and I have to wait.

Incompetent staff!!! Extremely and unbelievably rude to first time patience and biased. They have an extremely high volume of patience. My very first appointment to see the doctor was given three months out. After waiting three months to see the doctor, they cancelled my appointment a week prior stating that the doctor was overwhelmed, has too many patience, and needs to tend after her family. They don't give emergency appointments to see the doctor. If you are not feeling well, their response will be to go to the hospital or to some Urgent Care clinic. Please look for another doctor!

She is really caring and honest, would be rare to see her ever say "No" or get mad. You do have to wait more than 2 hours for your appointment and that's because she has ALOT of patients. And each patient spends about 30minutes++++ with her and that slows her schedule. She's only one person, and her staff can't help that much, people come to see HER, what can her staff do besides paperwork and take BP. They get over 40patients a day. And I give her lots of credit for what she does. She's the best.

Not sure why people continue to keep this doctor. The place is ran like a mad house. No respect or courtesy towards patients.... Lets not even talk about the HOURS you will have to be sitting in the waiting room. Its called a waiting room not a mortuary but they will leave you there until you DIE no matter how sick you are. Shame on you!
