Office staff is friendly. The wait times are a little long so plan for that. Other than that no complaints so far.

I was recommended to see Dr. Pulido. Did not see him when I went for first time. Got seen by Lesly who didn’t even see my face much less make the regular rutine physical. As if she didn’t want to touch me or care at all. They should have a zero star option cuz that’s why they deserve. I finally met the allmighty n he was very sarcastic not what I need when I’m hurting. ??

You are pushed out the door after about 5 mins with a nurse and are not seen by the Dr even if you request it when setting an appt. Meds are not refilled you have to call like 10 times. I would strongly recommend looking for a different doctor. I was told I'm not more special then anyone by the doctor. Horrible. You are just a check to them trust me on this. I would rate a 0 if it was available. Don't waste ur time here

The Girls at the front desk need to to step it up a bit.. I'v been in for a follow up on a Physical and was not allowed to see a doctor, I and sending a complaint in, I was charged a co-pay for Blood work on a Physical, and I now ha a problems with my BCBS? No, I have coverage,

Ive never had an experience with this doctor that left me with a bad feeling. He makes me feel comfortable and always addresses all my issues and concerns. Nothing but positive things to say about him and his practice!!

I like this doctor. His bedside manner is great, as well as his concern for my health. The staff is polite and the wait time isn't bad at all.
