Dr. Usha Chandrahasa, MD

This office still requires a mask if you are out of state in the last 7 days. My profession requires that I am in and out of state 5 day a week. None of my other Dr's in this area require this anymore. I find this out 1 day prior to my appt. after waiting 2 months to get in. I got in with another specialist immediately..no mask required.

Dr Chandrahasa is the best Doctor I have ever been to in all of my 71 years!!! No one has ever taken the time to listen, care and find out why I have had this lifelong health issue. With her expertise I now know why I have the problem and what to do to take care of it! That was in only 2 visits. Dr Chandrahasa is the finominal. I feel very blessed to now have her as my physician!

Unfortunate. Although qualified this Dr showed no interest in my case when I needed a qualified Dr. the most. Also her staff over charged me on the co-pay also.??

I saw the doctor for the first time and she is a know-it-all and everything my prior doctor of ten years did was wrong, yes folks—everything. Due to COVID the staff locked the office door during the appointment which is good but the receptionist made me feel like the door would not be unlocked unless I paid for the visit on the spot although I knew I could be billed for it. I paid, then she unlocked the door. I went out of town before my second scheduled visit but promptly left a message well in advance of the appointment date. I received a call about the appointment and the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with became irate when I asked to cancel because I did not know my return date and she hung up on me. The doctor has a big ego and maybe she has a right to have one but her staff don’t.

The office staff are not very helpful. They make the process extremely complicated to get an appointment even after you get them the referral they still complain. Find a different doctor that cares about seeing you. I had an immediate need to see an allergist and wasted my time with this office.

After waiting all that time she spent about 45 minutes with us, prescribed prescription strength xyzal, my husband called her office twice the following week and was told 1.double the rx 2.go to a walk in clinic. One week later he was admitted to a VA hospital with developing sepsis

I called Dr. Chandrahasa's office and spoke with William, regarding an appointment for my wife. He was very professional, considerate and very "patient-oriented" during every minute of the phone call. It is so refreshing to call and speak with a medical office's initial point of contact like him, who listens to the patient, offers solutions and then also offers to call back and follow-up if there was a cancellation, so an earlier appointment can be made. Overall experience very poor! From long wait times to rude staff and in my opinion, unprofessional conduct. I am sorry I went to this practice. Spent a lot of money to get no results.

By far the best doctor I have ever seen. I will recommend to any and everyone. Such an excellent listener.
