Terrible doctor. Unprofessional and only interested in money not in the care of her patients. Save yourself the headache and find a real doctor.

When I make an appointment with this doctor I along with many other patients are waiting in the waiting room for about an hr. Mind you we all have the first appointment of the day. Why the doctor waltz’s in an hour later is beyond me. Clearly she feels her time is more valuable then her patients.

I would rather goto a person claiming to be a dr on the side of the road than ever see her ugly, nasty mug again! No bedside manner, treats her patients and he staff like garbage. She should be ashamed of herself! Given wrong diagnosis not one not twice but three times, on of those times I saw her “PA” because she was away, I wouldn’t be surprised if the person I saw wasn’t licensed yet, this office is a joke. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere. I should have read And taken these reviews seriously before seeing her.

Literally the worst PCP doctor on Earth. I have had dozens of doctors living in 3 different countries in my life and Usha George is by far the worst. I have been seeing her in excess of 10 years due to locational convenience but will find a younger native American doctor now. Firstly she's an immigrant doctor from India, she graduated from an Indian medical school I never heard of almost 40 years. This alone should scare you away. It would have for me if I had known . Her bedside manner is terrible. She just wants to get paid and go home You can tell thus by the way she clumps her appointment's. She use to do this often back in the day. She would put 20, 30 people on an appointment say for 1p.m. and she would show up an hour and half late. So that people are queued up and aggravated. She will never wait for any patient. You must do the waiting. Likely fir 2 to 3 hours. Expect this kind of wait time. Her staff changes so often because she's so awful and they botched my blood work… multiple times causing me to have to return and then take the. Same. Tests! She just doesn't care. And you can tell by her other reviews. Avoid!. After meeting her . I try to avoid Indian educated doctors. In general now.

What an awful practice! Instead of helping me or giving me advice regarding my insomnia, Dr George told me I should switch careers. My career is my passion that I went to higher education for. I felt like saying why don't you switch careers because your attitude is inconsistent with helping people.

Do not I repeat do not go to this doctor I went to a Doctor Who Usha George on two occasions first for a physical where they drew blood and did an EKG. When Dr. George entered she came across very arrogant and condescending at first I thought I should not return here because her bedside manner was horrible. I did though return for a second visit because I needed the results of my blood work I wasn’t feeling well and thought maybe if she’s a good and thorough doctor I could overlook her lack of personality . As I return for my second visit she came in and proceeded to give me the results of my blood work and told me to come back in three months to check my A1 C I proceeded to tell her my health concerns I told her I had a migraine and it I had lasted for a few weeks now. She asked me who Diagnosed you with a migraine . I jokingly told her me. She said to me I need a diagnosis for a migraine , so I asked her how do I go about getting one. She proceeded to tell me to tell the doctor… the symptoms so I did. But she seemed very uninterested and referred me to an ophthalmologist so then I proceeded to tell her about being extremely tired. She asked me if I was getting enough REM sleep so I asked if that meant deep sleep. She responded by saying ....I don’t have time to give you a class in sleep and I should read up on it. I couldn’t believe how she was speaking to me. I was just concerned for my own well-being and I was at a doctors office so that’s where I’m suppose to asked questions about my health. I asked her if she in a rush because of her dismissive attitude and response...she yes it’s Saturday and I’m busy. I still Icontinue to express to her about some pain I was experiencing ( I was very concerned about my health) she then told me to write the symptoms down. That pain was too vague ....so I said to her I’m telling you now the symptoms . The pain is right here I pointed to where the pain was located I told her that it was very sharp and she continued to tell me in a very nasty tone right down the symptoms like I said. So now I’m upset so I said to her I’m getting the impression that you don’t want to be bothered with me like you don’t want me as a patient she told me my assumption was correct . I told her that she was very nasty in the way she spoke to me . She proceeded to say maybe that’s the problem I had with my previous doctor that maybe it was a personality clash ...so I told her I loved my previous doctor they just were not good in returning phones calls and making appointments and I needed to see a doctor so that’s why I was there. I have never written a negative review on any doctor or any business in all my 48 years but the hurt anger frustration that I felt warranted this very in-depth comment . I was in need so I went to a doctor looking for information possibly answers and at the least empathy I know that she’s been around a long time but That doesn’t mean she’s a good doctor it just means she has a degree in medicine . Her lack of decency consideration humanity and kindness is a very sad testament to her character Foolishly I checked her reviews AFTER this incident and coincidentally a lot of the comments that were left described her as rough dismissive rude and arrogant. We can’t all be wrong !!!!please DO NOT patronize her she does not deserve your time your energy or your money!!!!! She is a disgrace to doctors and what they are suppose to represent. The staff there is pleasant and sadly that’s were it ends!!! She deserves no stars .. just ????????????????????????????

I have been going to Dr. George for 30 years. She has been a wonderful doctor and comfort for me. She also took care of my husband. I would recommend her to anyone. She takes pride in her patients. Very interested in her patients welfare.

Inconvenient Office Hours - she has two offices one in Melville and the other in Valley Stream - she is only available like two days a week. She issued me a prescription for a rescue inhaler for asthma without a refill - When I had my pharmacy send a request for refill to her office it was denied - When I inquired with her receptionist why my request was denied and that I would like to speak to Dr. George she told me she was out of the office and that I would have to make an appointment - This means if Dr. George was out of the office who denied my request? - as I know from my pharmacy the request goes to the office. The bottom line is I told the receptionist that I was in distress and that I really just needed a basic refill. She told me to go to the emergency room - which is absurd when all I needed was two puffs of Ventolin. I immediately dropped Dr. George and switched my primary care physician after this incident.

Courteous, knowledgeable & professional.I highly recommend her .
