Dr. Valarie Readus Moore, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Moore for over a decade. She is the best. I could not ask for a better DR.

I've seen her for a few years. At first she was nice but lately very rude & nonchalant. Doesn't seem to care if I get well or not. I feel like I'm annoying her & I am very sick. If I could afford to go to a Private facility I would. Feeling helpless...

After reading the other comments I agree with most. Dr. Moore did not seem at all interested with having me as a patient. I don't know if she was bored, tired, overwhelmed or having a bad day and really it's not for me to know. She seemed zoned out and blew off my questions and concerns and did not address the reasons I was there. This was my first and last visit. Veterans deserve better. If you're not interested in treating and caring for patients find another profession and stop collecting an easy check.

After reading the other reviews I agree with most. Dr. Moore does not seem at all interested in her profession and it was very noticeable. She blew off my questions and concerns and did not bother to address the reasons I was seen in her office. I would recommend you save yourself some time and find another doctor.

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this "medical professional". She has consistently displayed her lack of knowledge when it comes to medical issues. She takes months to respond to clear symptoms of serious chronic illness, appears to not be able to accurately read notes or labs, and seems very confused about why your even there in follow-up appointments. It was several months of feeling unwell and being asymptomatic before she finally referred me to a real doctor that actually cares. She has continued to show me with each visit just how little she cares about the well being of her patients. I'm appalled that the Veteran's Administration has entrusted this "doctor" with the care of veterans that have selflessly fought for this country and her right to become a doctor.

I recently moved to Nashville and was assigned Dr. Moore as my Primary Care Doctor. I wrote down what I wanted to happen and what specialties I wanted to see. She was able to refer me to them. She was able to correct medication errors and to recommend a better medication for one of my conditions. When I went in for my appointment she was professional, kind and effective. She has a great bedside manner.

The staff here and the doctor are so unprofessional they need to be shut down ASAP!!!!!!!!

Dr. Moore seems like she could really care less about how you are feeling.

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She is uncaring and demeaning. She has belittled me, shamed me, walked out and not finished her appointment with me, muttered under her breath when I try to ask questions. Refuses tests even after a year of severe pain. I only gave her one star because you can't put less.

Dr. Valarie Moore was the most incompetent Dr. I have ever had the experience of meeting. This "Doctor" was aloof, her bedside manner was poor, appointment schedulings were a month out and her follow up was poor, if you ever received a return call at all. If in pain, expect weeks to either hear back or receive care regarding your case. I would not recommend this "Doctor" to my anyone. She is a discredit to the Veterans Administration.
