Dr. Valerie Trubnik, MD

After waiting more than 3 hours past my scheduled appointment time I was finaly moved to the examining room. Dr. Trubnik walked in with no official greeting and immediately statrted examining my eye. In a very rapid movement she proceeded to move her device close to my eyes which resulted in touching my eyelashes thus my natural reaction to pull back. As a result she got up and with no words communicated to myself, she instructed the assistant to note that "patient is uncooperative" and simply left the room! Never been so ill treated by anyone before.

When my mother (who is 85) went to see Dr. Trubnik, the doctor blurted out "You're blind." After my mother gathered her belongings and approached her office to ask more questions, the staff told mother the doctor had already left. My mother came home and cried. Agree with patient who characterized her as "rude" and "abrupt."

Dr. Trubnik is very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She takes the time to get to know you and your concerns. Dr. Trubnik has excellent follow-up and bedside manner.

Highly recommend. Brilliant, kind and available. Explains everything.

Knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, great bedside manner. Well worth the wait.
