I saw Dr. Boparai after a couple of years, for above complaints, as I have moved away, but was visiting the area and needed a doctor. She was so friendly and efficient. She not only addressed my immediate needs , but went above and beyond; checked my ambulatory oxygen levels. Ordered Oxygen for me right away and communicated with my health providers at my current residential area in Houston, Tx. She is an awesome physician. I highly recommend her.

can never get through on a phone call. stay on for atleast 15 minutes. Tried to see her for an appoinment and was there for over an hour and everyone that came in after me went in before me. I was the last person left in the building after waiting for 73 minutes. I was told I would be next and they still took people ahead of me. I finally got fed up and asked for the office manager. She was paged but never showed up at the desk to speak to me. 1 week later, I needed a prescription filled. Longs faxed and called 4 times with the last saying that my refill was denied. 1 week later, Longs called and says my medication is ready for pick up. What kind of circus is Golden Valley Health running?
