As a disabled person with a rare chronic illness finding a trustworthy doctor that will be a long term part of my care team is something we continually work on. Dr. Vania Fernandez is amazing. A blessing. She listens to my input and details (even the most simple sounding info she takes serious). My quality of life is owed to Dr. Fernandez’s guidance using all that input. The staff all the way from the desk to her nurses/techs are fantastic, friendly & helpful. If all my specialists offices were run this smoothly my healthcare would be so much less stressful!! I’m grateful to have been introduced to BSI and Dr Fernandez I hope someone else desperately searching for care finds her and her office too!

Dr. Vania Fernandez just completed MILD minimally invasive lumbar decompression on me. For the 1st time in over 20 years I am pain free. Her expertise and professionalism are exceptional. She is empathetic and provides detailed answers to all my questions. 5 stars is not enough, she is a 10!

I was so nervous before my visit. Dr. Fernandez is extremely professional and has the best bedside manner. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable as Dr. Fernandez was so patient and such a good listener. She was attentive and reassuring just as other patients in the waiting area told me she’d be. It’s been weeks and I am pain free for the first time after Dr. Fernandez’s diagnosis & treatment. Her staff is welcoming, courteous and communication has been so easy from day one. I have a lot of experience with doctors. I am 65 years old and disabled with multiple medical problems. I came to see Dr. Fernandez due to a severely painful right knee which was so bad I was bed ridden for approximately three months. One step on my right leg put me in agonizing pain. I was in trouble. Then by God's good grace I find Dr. Vania Fernandez and her fine staff. Here is what I found amazing about her office. She and her medical staff are all upbeat and encouraging at all times. Careful consideration was given to my medical history and all of the other relevant facts. The advice Dr. Fernandez and her medical staff gave me was well thought out. It became very obvious to me that Dr. Vania Fernandez and her medical staff wanted me cured in the fastest amount of time possible without doing anything unnecessary to achieve this result. During the treatment I received in her office someone from her office was always present with me to assure l was doing well. Dr Fernandez… would not let me leave after treatment until she felt I was well enough to leave on my own. I was asked each and every time whether I had someone to drive me home after a treatment which would make this safety precaution necessary. Dr. Vania Fernandez's medial office is a fantastic place to go if you have pain. They all care about giving the patient the most effective and proper treatment without extra unnecessary expense and/or time. Thanks to all of them my right knee is now pain free. That is quite an amazing turn around from where I was before I was treated by Dr. Fernandez and her staff which was I was crippled and bed ridden. Oh yes. After you receive a procedure in her office during which they all take 100% sanitary precautions, someone from her office always calls you the next day to see how you are doing. Man oh man did I luck out finding all of these people.

Have you ever seen "The Greatest Story Ever Told" about the life of Jesus? There is a scene where Jesus resurrects Lazarus. Immediately thereafter, Sal Mineo and Ed Wynn, the crippled man who is made to walk and the blind man who is made to see run to exclaim excitably to the Roman Guard: "I was blind and now I see! I was crippled and now I walk! The man was dead and now he lives.!" Last time I saw Dr. Fernandez I could not walk at all. Horrible pain. Now, 2 weeks after I was treated by Dr. Fernandez and her wonderful staff I walk fine without pain. Do you have orthopedic issues? Go see Dr. Vania Fernandez and her supporting medical staff. They are BEST!
