I had a terrible experience at this doctor's office. In September I made an appointment for myself .The appointment was made for September 14, but since it was only to give me results of some tests, I called to see the possibility of including my husband . It was after 2 in the afternoon of the day before the appointment. The lady that answered told me it was possible and she would confirm looking at my husband insurance information. She called me back two hours later telling me my husband should have to pay a 270 deductible for the appointment. I Answered that I would consult my husband. I was able to reach my husband 3 hours later and called to cancel the appointment since he could not afford that amount at the time of the appointment. A very kind gentleman answered me, I explained to him and he told me that he cancelled the appointment. I called in the morning of the next day to reconfirm my appointment because I had several appointments since I got lot of issues with my… health and they told me that I did not have an appointment, I could not go, the appointment they did was my husband's. Then they put me in touch with the doctor's assistant, who speaks Spanish, the same one who spoke in a derogatory, arrogant and spoiled tone and told me that she was doing me a favor because English is spoken in that place (the answering machine at that center has an option in Spanish, I asked to speak with someone who speaks Spanish since I could misunderstand something because I speak a little English). She was extremely rude and clearly discriminatory. Now they send accounts for "no show" when they were the ones who made a mistake by canceling an appointment instead of the other one. The argument they gave: cancel the appointment within 24 hours before the appointment; Just two questions and you evaluate the quality of this office and the professionals behind it 1. Why do they accept appointments within 24 hours without indicating that it can't be cancelled? 2. Why when the lady called to give the payment amount she confirmed my appointment when I told her I would ask my husband. If they give appointments within 24 hours, from my point of view again , they have the obligation to indicate that it cannot be canceled, so if I decide to schedule the appointment with that knowledge, it it would be under my responsibility. Tuve una pésima experiencia en la oficina de esta doctora. En Septiembre hice una cita para mi porque fue referida. La cita fue hecha para el 14 de Setiembre pero como era solo para que me dé resultados de unos rest, llame para ver la posibilidad de incluir a mi esposo pasadas las 2 de la tarde del día anterior a la cita. Me dijeron que era posible y que confirmarían su información con el seguro. Me devolvieron la llamada dos horas más tarde y me indicaron que debía pagar 270 de deducible por la cita. Conteste que le consultaría a mi esposo. Me pude comunicar con mi esposo 3 horas más tarde y llamé para cancelar la cita ya que no podía asumir ese monto al momento de la cita. Me contestó un caballero muy amable, le expliqué y me dijo que canceló. Llame por la mañana del día siguiente ( mi supuesta cita) y me indicaron que yo no tenía la cita, no podía ir yo, la cita que dejaron fue la de mi esposo. Luego me comunicaron con la asistente de la doctora, que habla español, la misma que hablo en tono despectivo, arrogante y malcriada y me dijo que me estaba haciendo un favor porque en ese lugar se habla inglés ( la contestadora de ese centro tiene opción en español, yo pedí hablar con alguien que hable español ya que podría malinterpretar algo pues hablo solo un poco de inglés). Fue extremadamente mal educada y claramente discriminatoria . Ahora mandan cuentas por “ no show” cuando ellos fueron los que se equivocaron al cancelar una cita en lugar de la otra. El argumento: cancele la cita dentro de las 24 horas antes de la cita ; sólo dos preguntas y ustedes evalúen la calidad de esta oficina y de los profesiona

I have verified all my benefits with my insurance before my visit. I was there JUST for the EEG test. They charged me 50$ COPAY however according to my insurance I DO NOT have any copay. So I called my insurance right in front of them to verify again. Wow! The front desk is incredibly rude and got loud and grabbed my phone and talked to the representative. After she told them I don't owe any copay they referred me to their billing department. When I called them the lady told me " WE CONSIDER EGG TEST as a doctor visit". This is a FRAUD I did NOT VISTI the doctor.I was not there to visit the doctor. I am following up on this matter in a legal way.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a medical staff. Was within a block of the office but having a problem because there were no street signs. Called the office manager who could barely speak English and had no willingness to help me find the office, but made sure to tell me if I wasn't there in 15 minutes, my appointment would be cancelled.. When I got to the office, She acted like she wasn't the one on the phone, but I could tell it was her by her accent. What a total jerk. Unfortunately, the doctor may be great. But this woman is so offensive, you don't want to go there.

Had 2 appointments. First one I waited over an hour. One hour after check in and about 20minutes in the examination room after nurse checked my vitals, doctor came in and saw me for less than 10minutes, never touched me and said I could have an agioma and i needed an MRI (so for a week I worried something was wrong in my brain). Second appoitment I waited about 45 minutes then another 15 and was again seen for less than 10 minutes (MRI was fine). Not once I received an apology for the wait. Im supposed to go back in a month for a follow up but I probably wont since MRI was ok.
