Horrible practice - worst in all of south Florida. The way the staff treats patients borders on elder abuse. Doctors turn a blind eye despite being told.

Dr. Rebello is fantastic brilliant physician who has saved my dad's life twice when all others gave up. First Class all the way!

I have been a patient of Dr Vernon Rebello for 2 years, I have diabetes and he is the only one who has been able to get my blood glucose under decent control, I have seen endocrinologists and even they were not able to do what Dr Rebello did. I lost my job and Insurance and was afraid I would not get seen ,but he is treating me free until I get my insurance, he also gave me samples of the medications I cannot afford. The staff got me some medications from the drug company charity program, that took a lot of paper work on their part. The office is busy and can get chaotic, I have seen some patients being rude and demanding, I am grateful to Dr Rebello and his staff and wish them well.

His office is in total chaos and being run by incompetent personnel. The clerical staff is not supervised and the doctors (brothers) don't realized the problems that are being created by not having a competent office manager. I have respect for the doctors medically and they are basically nice caring persons, but the lack of staff supervision issues chased me away. The last straw was when I had asked for approximately 9 months that they file my secondary insurance. I was lied to in that they had done so on multiple occasions. I finally asked them for the necessary medical paperwork so that I could file my own claim and they refused to provide it. I was always respectful when I made my requests even though I knew I was being lied to. When I told the doctor about my experiences, he told me that I had insulted his staff and that I needed to apologize to them. That finished it with me.

Dr. Vernon Rebello is doing his arm to his patients by not being present with them when he comes to see them either in the hospital rehab or in the office is time is come and gone his office is in chaos they scream at you on the phone they argumentative they're always and you got to come in and see the doctor the doctor said six months and they argue and argue and you have to keep calling back to get one thing done and physically exhausted you to get your script so anything else that you need I do realize the insurance companies I'm not paying the doctors what they should be but that's still no excuse the bad service either you do it with a smile and with the gusto that you were meant to do when you came into medicine to help people will get out do something else because of its collect either you do it with a smile and with the gusto that you wore meant to do when you came into medicine to help people will get out to something else become a garbagecollector do something that requires… artwork not to abuse patients

Dr. Vernon Rebello is an excellent, kind, attentive physician who genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being.

Dr V Robello has an innate ability to listen to your medical concerns & knows immediately in what specific direction to proceed. No guessing. His medical know how is very impressive & a packed waiting room is testimony to this fact. I have placed my health & trust in Dr. Robello's care.

When I first started seeing Dr. Vernon Rebello many years ago, he was a caring doctor who had only the interest of his patients. Lately however, his doctor, patient relationship has gone so far down hill that I have changed doctors. He cancels appointments regularly with total diregards to the patient needs.

I am not a patient of Dr . Rebellos , but my fiances mother is and what I witnessed was terrible . One of the girls in his office was rude to patients as I waited in the waiting area for my fiancé and his mother . I over heard her making calls out to patients and everytime she had to repeat herself to a client she was speaking to over the phone she would hang up the phone and call the patient and idiot . When my fiancé got out from seeing Dr Rebellos he had interaction with the same girl I heard being rude to patients over the phone and she was just as rude to him . After this exchange my fiancé was not rude , back I was standing right there . But I guess the girl at the front desk thought he was because Dr Rebello called my fiancé to let him know that his employee was uncomfortable with him . My fiancé had to go back for a follow up appointment , where he was made to wait until his mother was the last one seen that day . We waited nearly two hours after the scheduled appointment… to appease this horrific staff . I waited again in the Lobby where I overheard all of the stuff saying things about my fiancé including who he works for (which by the way are very well known clients) , it's none of their business who my fiancé works for but that information was shared with them neverthless . They also said I don't know why he's allowed back there with his OWN mother at her appointment and that I ( his daughter should have gone back there , that's right they assumed that my fiancé was his daughter ) and continued to be allowed to gossip about where I and everyone else that might have been in the waiting room could hear . This is not something that should be accepted . But be warned that this happend when we went this week .
