Dr. Veronica Jane Lindo, MD

Don't come to her if you need FMLA documentation completed. She substantially misstated the amount of time I intermittently need to take off from work by copying a sample that was unrelated to me or my condition, refused to fix it, never took my phone calls, and had her staff lie to me about calling me back. She never returned a call, nor was I actually examined beyond some assistant taking my vitals. Her failures are devastating to my employment, as she took away my ability to call out when I'm in pain, and I am scrambling to find another doctor to submit my documents to my employer. She was a stand-in for the actual medical professional I used to see, and I am leaving Healthcare Partners because of this incompetent and unprofessional failure. I fully intend to escalate this incident.

I saw Dr. Lindo at the Urgent Care on W. Charleston. She was outstanding. She knew exactly what to give me, that my Primary Dr. did not. After 8 days of suffering, Dr. Lindo gave me the correct meds for my issue, and I was pain free in 24 hours. Great personality, on point, and she fixed my gout!! I want her as my Primary Dr. The best I've seen in Las Vegas!

Dr. Lindo saw to it that all my blood work, xrays and medications were in order. She called in my meds to the pharmacy, called me regarding my xrays and had her office schedule me for another appointment to go over the blood results. I was very impressed with her knowledge of diabetes as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindo's for ~2 years. She takes a great deal of time trying to find out what is the current issue, and uses terms I understand. She is personable and professional and schedules enough time with each patient to keep you from feeling rushed and 'just a number'. I am eternally grateful for her service as a doctor.

I would not recommend using any doctor in this practice. This is based solely on their policies and not on medical ability. As a requirement of being seen they will require your social security number, even if you are covered by insurance. There is no valid medical reason for this and it is a risk to you. You should use caution with any business requiring unnecessary personal information. Also, the staff is fairly rude and not knowledgeable.
